Before, I was a bookkeeper on loans, this is my duties as a bookkeeper:
- Computes and issue an official receipt to the clients.
- Prepares the accounting tickets of the daily transactions.
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports needed.
- Post loan payments and releases in the system.
- Assisting clients in signing in the forms in the time of release.
- Monitors the accounts payable of the clients.
Then I became a Roving Staff, my duties are:
- Relieves tellers and customer relations assistants
Now, as Senior Teller, here are my duties:
- Custodian of vault and accountable forms.
- Prepares deposit slips of cash and check deposits.
- Prepares cash, check, journal and petty cash vouchers.
- In-charge of cash transfer and requisitions of tellers.
- Do the callback procedures.
- Prepares and encodes in the system the summary of checks received,
- Relieves Tellers and Customer Relations Assistant whenever they were absent.
