Recent Achievements
• Ideated, researched, field produced and crafted the ‘story’ for 13 “Innovator Profiles” videos for the Edison Awards.
Client presented with the need to overcome a lack of engagement with online video content previously produced so as to increase brand awareness
and thus promote annual event sponsorship and attendance.
The concept developed was intended to move from unedited, long-form ‘talking head’ interviews, to 2 minute emotionally compelling and visually
engaging profiles pieces. The aim was to tell the ‘story behind the story’ of these visionaries and communicate the Edison Awards’ mission of
recognizing and rewarding innovation.
Increased views over the previous year by 270%.
Sample of innovators profiled for the Edison Awards: NASA, Black & Veatch, Lockheed Martin, G Adventures, Mazda, CoorsTek and The US Army.
• Positioned Maine Bancorp as “trusted authority” in the commercial lending market, with specific targeting of small business owners.
Client wanted to increase their video presence on social media and to replace less effective print ads with an engaging community story video series.
The concept presented was a series of vignettes that showed the relatable struggles small business owners had overcome, and the successes they had
achieved, with the support and services offered of Maine Bancorp. The underlying message throughout was that the bank is committed to the strength
and economic future of the local community.
Produced both scripted and interview style educational and promotional videos for the series, culminating in a “Community Champions” :30 second
broadcast spot to celebrate the hardworking people in the community and launch a gratitude program in conjunction with the Portland Sea Dogs
baseball team.
• Scripted, screen-captured, sourced voice talent and edited a series of explainer videos for Windstream Holdings, previously Broadview Networks.
Client required virtual-tour/explainer videos for multiple features of their My OfficeSuite® portal, a cloud-based, communications system for small
businesses. The aim of the videos was to increase awareness of the intricacies of the system, facilitate a more comprehensive and satisfying customer
experience and reduce customer support calls.
The success of the videos led to the wholesale department requesting the videos be reproduced for their ‘white label’ version of the software.
• Produced a longer form informational video for ecomaine, a non-profit waste-management organization serving local communities in Maine. Designed
the concept as behavior change campaign to increase awareness of the need for the types of sustainable waste strategies employed by ecomaine, with
the end-goal of promoting and encouraging good recycling habits beyond the LOHAS demographic.
• Produced award winning educational video content for the State of Maine Department of Health and Human Services. Gold and Silver medals
awarded by the National Public Health Information Coalition.
• Created copy and content for website and created copy and designed brochures, flyers and posters for the EFKA. Ideated, designed and produced a
series of promotional videos and a business partner program to increase fundraising efforts.
