Rebecca Frost

For the past 6 years I have worked and thrived in IT Support, in both retail and educational environments. The past 4 years I have spent supporting IT in senior schools and only recently made the move to higher education, which has given me many opportunities to support a variety of hardware, software and technologies.
Whilst I enjoy my profession in the work place, I also very much enjoy it out of the work place. I am an avid follower of technology, always eager explore and try new things. I find helping and advising others sincerely rewarding and can face challenging situations with a calm and able manner, working towards a solution and ensuring the person in question is happy. I am definitely a people person and love building rapport with others.
