I have 9 years work experience in retail and e-commerce industry. My main responsibilities include managing agents' schedules; creating new processes; developing KPI metrics; scraping data; analyzing it; writing reports; making dashboards; and ensuring that all of these processes are easy to read and understand so we can make decisions quickly.
I maintain and develop process control and improvement functions through monitoring of key customer related processes, collaborating with Training and Operations department to ensure seamless implementation of program involvement plans, managing/developing high level customer support, quality coaches, managers and other professionals who report directly to them within their respective departments (e.g., Sales Support).
