Human Resources function at the Southwest Area Office while providing technical expertise to the people managers and the staff.

― Staff Leadership: Delivered strategic guidance and visionary leadership to a team of up to 4 staff (HR Assistant & HR
focal points)
― Led the change management process for WFP Southwest Area Office during the restructuring exercise and ensured 100%
implementation of the recommendations.
― Talent Acquisition: Provided expert selection and recruitment of new talented staff and ensured 95% staffing rate despite
recruitment freeze and the Efficiency and Restructuring Exercise (ERE).
