I have a bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance and 7 years of experience in the BPO industry - mainly banking, insurance, and investments. I am currently working as an expert team member of ING bank doing a risk assessment and compliance. I have completed the Basic to Intermediary Microsoft Excel Training as well as the VBA Macro training. 

Also, I am currently taking a freelancing course to expand my skills set and become a more effective freelancer. I am also good at sales - I am able to close deals in an instant.
