As a maintenance coordinator, we oversite all the requested repairs of the tenant to make sure this will be addressed in a timely manner. We look for a technician that can do the repair, coordinate to the owner for the repair cost and approval and coordinate with the tenant for the repair schedule. We make sure to provide excellent customer service to owners, tenants and vendors.
