Razel S. Cortez

I am Razel, from the Philippines. I took up Bachelor of Science in Education in collage and I have 5 years experience working in a BPO Company. My first LOB was Microsoft Store where we are selling our products to our customer, we so up sell and cross sell. Then after that, I was moved to different LOB and that was Microsoft Up and Running, what we do there was actually doing troubleshooting, we are technician in short. I was part of Sales team as well where we teach agents how can we close deal, how to properly handle objections. After almost 2 years, I resigned and decided to apply to a different BPO and luckily, I got hired ASAP. I became a billing rep where we answer customers inquiry about their bill. Also, we do selling there as well. We are offering plans that we think customer may need, and to avoid overages or any extra charges on thd account. In short, all the account I worked with, has a glympse of sales and this the reason as to why I am applying for this job because I believe I can fulfill the description of the job.
