I am a customer care specialist with 8 years experience. I am best at serving company's clients either through telephone calls, email, or online chat. I am also good in answering and solving inquiries and queries of customers. Also i was able to mange to be excellent in building and developing relationships with customers because i understand that in order to help customer queries especially those who are really upset you need to have strong customer relationship. I am also capable of managing and improving database of customer accounts. Above all else, meeting sales target, holding the reputation of the company, and enhancing customer service are the major responsibilities I handle.
