My Name is Raza Ashraf and I am IT Help Desk specialist in Turkish FMCG Hayat Kimya (Part of Hayat Holding Group). I was born and raised in Peshawar, Pakistan and been to different part of countries for my studies and job. I did my early schooling from a missionary school St. Mary’s High School and then later on I graduated in field of Telecommunication and Networks from Comsats institute of IT in 2014.
After graduation I have worked with multiple local and international companies in different section such as Technical & Customer support, administration, Operations etc. My first job was a remote job as application functional tester and content moderator with a Russian company named “AppInsite” this project lasted 3 months after which I joined British Council Examination services department. This job mostly consists of supervision of Exams held by British Council such as IELTS, IGCSE Etc. and was not a regular job. Later In 2015 I moved to Islamabad and Joined PTCL as trainee and while there, I was offered job in Customer Care department (Customer support & technical support) and later on promoted to position of Coordinator to EVP (Customer Care). I spent one and half year in the organization. I moved to Nasys Holding (Shanghai Based Company) as AM Operations in their technical department. During my tenure over there I was overseeing their two main projects, one was related to ecommerce while second one was Online Ride hailing service by name of Pegasus. In November 2018 I Joined Hayat Kimya as IT Help Desk Specialist with additional role of Project lead in their new under development Hygiene product factory and I have been working with them ever since.
The reason I am here is that i am looking for a remote job which is a fun way of working. I have love for travelling and at same time working, I like the feeling when you solve a problem for someone else and I like to help people in any way I can so that is reason i am here at this site looking for opportunity where i can put my skills and experience apart from this my English level fluency is proficient and I can speak Urdu, Pashto and Hindi (same like Urdu written script is different) as well. I have experience in customer services and have ability to handle multiple clients without any difficulty.
