I'm a Recruitment collaborator with over nine years of professional experience in various hiring domains.
My career started in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition for Manila-based BPOs, RPOs, and KPOs - handling several volume-hiring requisitions and niche roles for partner industries such as call centers, IT solutions, financial and consumer banking institutions, management consulting, and online English training platform.
In 2017, I ventured into freelancing and found a similar niche in the recruitment facet with a wider candidate reach across the IT/ SaaS sector, logistics and warehousing, shipping lines, etc. Globally, I have supported clients across Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Germany, the UK, France, other European countries, and the US - with over 100+ startups, scale-ups, and large-scale companies to support.
In 2019, I founded my startup Upwork talent agency - talentsource ph with an exclusive partnership with Getpro.co , listed as one of the best recruitment firms in France and has been supporting massive candidate search and talent sourcing activities across the French region for over five years now. With over 8 Recruiters on my team, we have expanded the recruitment support to various global clients within the Upwork platform and are able to engage strong partnerships among other RPO and startups across EU tech hub countries.
These various client engagements towards numerous hiring and talent management projects, allow me to be well-equipped with the right approach to utilize in distinct job markets globally to efficiently build a talent network from candidates to employers. And keep an eye on the fast-paced hiring trends across these demographics.
My current interest? - Continuously learn from my hiring mentors and future partners and build a solid connection among the hiring companies across the startup arena and support them to scale up and bring in candidates that will help them grow and advance in the market competition.
