Below is a bulleted, but nowhere near full list, of my experience and skill sets based on real life experience.
• Eighteen years as the owner of a two hundred seat restaurant in a busy tourist area with a turnover in excess of $1.1 million NZ dollars a year.
• Owner of a catering company (small sized) that serviced functions for up to 1,000 guests.
• Ten years designing, teaching and managing courses for hospitality employees and potential employees, from chefs through to front of house
• Have published 4 children’s books about the solar system– ‘How Long Would it Take to Cook a Pizza on Venus? ‘How High Could I Jump on Mars?’ etc.
• Have written everything from training manuals to short stories, one completed (as yet unpublished) novel and many, many posts for my blog site about living in Thailand.
