Hello, my name is Rayan. I am a Customer Helper and Manager with more than tree years of experience. I help companies that sell things online, use computer programs (SaaS), and work in customer support. My main job is to make sure the customers are very happy, like their company, and stay with them for a long time.

For many years, I learned how to talk to customers, fix hard problems, lead teams of helpers, and make work run much better. I really love helping customers feel heard and safe. I am good at listening, talking clearly, and using my brain to solve problems. This helps me fix things now and make sure the problems do not come back later.

I also help companies as a Virtual Assistant and by writing good words (copywriting). As a Virtual Assistant, I help keep things neat and plan work so it is all done on time. When I write for websites, emails, or ads, I make sure the words are clear and warm, never cold or hard. I want the person reading to feel welcome and ready to start quickly trust the company.

At one company, I managed all the helpers who talked to customers by email, chat, and phone. This made sure that when customers ordered or got their money back, it all worked fast and clear. Also,I have worked as a I guide users using their business tools, I am good at seeing little details and changing quickly to help keep things safe online.

Clients have told me they like working with me because I am a good listener, I answer fast, and I explain things in ways that make sense. I work with care and respect for everyone. I am quick to learn new things and can do many types of jobs. If there is a problem, I work hard to find the best answer.

I speak English, Arabic, and French, so I can help a lot of different people. Living in different countries taught me how to understand people and work with many teams.
