About Me...
Dear Sir / Ma'am,
I worked in the BPO industry as a back office and phone support
including customer service, subject matter expert and team lead
apprentice for about 10 years. My primary job was to deliver excellent
customer satisfaction. For the years that I have been working in the
BPO industry. I have always been the point person of my immediate
supervisor. Honing me to be the next leader once an opportunity comes
in. I became a TL intern for a period of time handling teams and also
distributing workload for my teammates. Basically the main job was to
assist my Supervisor with their workload and we can say that it is
similar to a Virtual Assistant Role.
For about a year, I worked as a admin/ appointment setter/ transaction
coordinator which is basically an all-around work for my client.
Provided quality service to every client that I had from the past years.
As a dedicated and driven individual, I seek to establish my career in a
role where I can make an impression that will leave a mark to my fellow
workers by providing excellent job in every task that was given which I
did from the previous clients that I worked with.
I am efficient, fast-learner and can easily work with minimal
supervision. I am the type of person who takes criticism positively, open
to feedback and looks at it as a chance to improve myself.
With the expertise, resources and skills that I have, I can confidently
say that I can deliver any role that I will be given efficiently and
effectively. I always do my best and give my 100% in delivering what is
expected from me with boldness and enthusiasm.
