I am currently a BDC Director for an Auto Dealership. Managing 4 stores whose main objective is ensuring we keep the numbers within the target. Goals for each month from appointments created to show rate are kept. The job basically is to make sure that everything is in order from higher management which is communication from BDC to in-store people. Sheets are checked and updated daily. Proper coaching for managers, team leaders, and also agents is vital in this position. Think of better ways to improve on the numbers and also how to combat the No's and Maybe's of the customers who are not sure if they can visit for a potential sale.
Handling hiring process, training, coaching, stats improvement, and also payroll are they things that I do in this position. Make sure that agents and leaders stay focused and motivated to strive for better numbers and bring people interested in buying a car.
