Ravonda Eason

During my career at Duke Energy, I have honed my skills in operational excellence, documentation, and process improvement.

I've had the privilege of working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and documentation. This involved conducting root cause and gap analyses, participating in process improvement activities using Lean and other methodologies, and ensuring all documentation produced as a result met industry standard and regulations.

I have also had the opportunity to be involved in various stages of the training department. I have developed and delivered multiple non accredited training courses to students of multiple levels of seniority. This developed my presentation skills tremendously.

I am open to continuing my career in process improvement, writing, and instructing or embarking on a new challenge. I am adaptable and embrace change, and work well under pressure.
