Work Handled:
· Preparing all tender documents and proposals.
· Preparing quotations and other respective documents.
· Planning meeting and preparing minutes of meeting
· Assisting accounts depart to issue purchase order, invoices, delivery notes and related documents.
· Data Entry of projects and sales reports from the sales staffs and projects dept.
· Attend telephone calls as and when required.
· Visa processing and recruitment handling with HR department
· Arrangement of insurance facilities for the staff
· Preparing projects report for the company and arranging all the related documents for the weekly / monthly
reports for the meeting.
· Preparing stock report for the company
· Making presentations in PowerPoint etc. and designing
· Handling documentations and arrangements for all logistic Department related works.
· Handling documentation and all arrangement for gate passes for project department and all other related
works.
· Preparation of submittals, new presentation designing for the sales department.
· Co-Ordinate and follow-up with the clients and handle the related correspondence independently.
· Keep and arrange proper filing system.
· Making necessary travel arrangements / air ticketing for the staff
