I worked as Sales Agent and Customer Service in the BPO Industry for almost 10 years and mostly handled Sales campaign. I am confident enough that I have a good experience in creating customer's relation and making sure to meet and understand their needs and provide resolution to their concerns. I was promoted as a Senior Adviser wherein I also do a couple of administrative tasks such as checking emails from managers and clients, catering customer escalation cases – customer complaints, product reviews, and possible security vulnerabilities on products. 

I have been working as a Freelance agent for almost 3 years now. I started as Inside Sales Agent in Real Estate doing property research via Redfin, Zillow, Homefinder.com, Trulia at the same time doing Outbound calls using Mojo Dialer or Ring Central in finding motivated seller and follow-up calls. All data will be log using Google Docs, Google Sheets and CRM. I worked as an Outbound Sales Agent as well working with different campaigns and look for possible prospects to set an appointment. We call Leads using Five9 regarding their subscription and renewal of the different magazines that they have availed. I work with several campaigns and mostly Sales campaigns.

I consider myself as an aggressive man who’s always hungry to get more sales and appointments and make sure that I achieve whatever goal I set for myself. Sales is about having a good understanding of what the product is and highlighting the benefits or simply know the “What’s in it for the customer?” thing.
