I had been working as a customer service/sales associate and technical support representative for a BPO company for ten years now. I had been with several line of businesses as inbound agent such as Sprint, AT&T, Adobe, Time Warner Cable, Expedia and Comcast, and had been an outbound sales agent for merchants who want to have additional working capital in their businesses. I did some homebased freelance as a part-time job for five years for real estate and virtual assistance. I am well equipped in using MS Word, Office, Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint. My tenure in customer service and sales is my strongest suit for I am determined, confident, and resilient in getting the job done. I am a licensed English teacher and was a part time English tutor for Koreans too, and my background in teaching is of big help to fulfill my tasks by providing comprehensive analysis and systematic implementation of certain things for the success of the project. Moreover, dealing with customers up close and personal has been my forte over the years as I was a retail agent too, for sim cards during my college years. Thus, I believe I am suited for the role and I can be an asset for the success of your project.
