Hi, My name is Rasmia but you can call me Mia for short.
I've worked as a call center agent for more than 2 years. I've handled different types of account. Been a customer service representative, technical support, account executive, and I was an advocate of an health care account. Those are onsite work.
Recently, I've work as a Business Development Representative remotely.
Working from home gives me more time with myself and I can spend time with my family more often.
