Hi, my name is Raphael, a graduate of bachelor of science in information technology and a registered nurse.

I've worn different hats from my 4 years of experience in the BPO industry.

I was a Virtual Assistant for a Real Estate Company where I did research, sent emails, and made calls to collect for the list of Surplus funds in multiple states.

I was responsible for managing the customer database of the client, as well as training the sales team.

Not only that, I was also an appointment setter for multiple companies not only in the real estate industry but also in IT industry as well.

Furthermore, I was promoted as a Team Leader, where my main responsibilities revolved around mentoring and supervising agents.

I always made it my personal goal that my agents surpass their limits and exceed what is expected of them by their clients.

Afterward, I was promoted again as a business manager, where I acquired clients and maintain good working relationships with them on behalf of the agents and the company.

From these experiences, I have developed a keen sense of attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time without dropping my efficiency.
