Hi! I’m Ranti Fay, a remote operations and executive support professional with a background that blends education, HR, customer success, and creative thinking. Over the past few years, I’ve worked with international companies like Kodland (EdTech), TADA (Customer Loyalty SaaS), and Upnyx Innovative Solutions (HR/Tech), where I supported executive-level teams, managed backend operations, and ensured smooth communication across departments.

At Kodland, I was responsible for coordinating global online classes, managing tutor-parent-student communication, and creating streamlined SOPs that reduced delays and miscommunication. I also handled special projects related to extra lesson coordination and worked directly with teaching and learning quality teams. At TADA, I worked in customer success, ensuring clients received fast, clear, and helpful support while navigating platform issues and account management tasks. At Upnyx, I assisted in recruitment, onboarding, and backend operations, helping HR and Tech teams run smoother.

Alongside my work, I’m also pursuing my master’s in Architecture with a focus on human-centered and wellness-based design. I love diving into systems, finding creative ways to optimize workflows, and being the person others rely on when it comes to getting things done. I’m highly experienced with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Trello, and CRM platforms, and I thrive in remote environments where initiative and communication are key.
