I am a detail-oriented Payroll and Operations professional with over ten years of experience supporting multi-state payroll, workforce operations, and timekeeping for large and complex organizations. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. I take pride in being someone employees and leadership can rely on to resolve payroll issues efficiently and with care.

Currently, I serve as a Senior Payroll & Operations Lead, overseeing bi-weekly payroll for more than 1,000 employees across 35+ states. In this role, I manage end-to-end payroll processes including timecard review, payroll reconciliation, wage garnishments, bonuses, reimbursements, and final pay. I work closely with HR and Accounting to support onboarding, terminations, PTO administration, and payroll audits, ensuring all transactions align with company policy and regulatory requirements. My ability to research tax issues, W-2 discrepancies, and deductions has helped reduce errors and improve employee trust in payroll operations.

Previously, I supported multi-state payroll in the healthcare staffing industry, where accuracy and speed were critical. I partnered with HR teams to manage onboarding changes, resolve pay discrepancies, and support system updates, while also assisting Accounting with payroll-related AP and AR entries. This experience strengthened my ability to adapt quickly, manage high volumes, and communicate clearly with employees who depend on timely and correct compensation.

Earlier in my career, I spent several years in workforce operations within a large healthcare system, managing payroll and timekeeping for over 2,000 employees. As a team lead, I ensured compliance with labor laws, maintained PTO balances, processed payouts upon separation, and served as a point of escalation for payroll issues. I also collaborated with HR and Finance to improve payroll accuracy and streamline processes.
