HOW I DO IT:

• I designed a young entrepreneur assessment program based on the Business Model Generation book from Alexander Osterwalder to give you a head start and reduce the risk of failure when they developing their business.

MY BACKGROUND: In the Netherlands, for more than 10 years, I had taken on various commercial projects executed with great result for Laurus retail, DHL logistics, Staples office supplies. I implemented various commercial pricing frameworks in various merchandise and buying departments resulting in major profits with multiplier effect for example: sales increase, cost reduction, market share increase and better value propositioning of various portfolios.

I have continued my experiences in Asia where I am currently based for the last 3,5 years. I setup a training and development center in Indonesia to train and empower entrepreneurs and young professionals to maximize their potential.
