As Data Entry and Research, I make sure that all coded to researched data are accurate and well stored in the data base for clients to see.

As a Quality Specialist, I help the company on filtering/auditing task of different LOBs, help them monitor the quality of work and promote new process guidelines and improvements for better results. Coach people on how to handle their task with accuracy and efficiency. Work closely with Managers and Clients to successfully launch Client Rules and Guidelines. Create reports to closely monitor the progress and make sure that the Clients and Managers are aware of the progress. Create improvements with reports or give solution and improvements for better outcome that can help the Business Grow.

Can work with less monitoring and different shift with perseverance to make sure the task is done in a timely manner.
