I have worked with SAAS based companies like cleanify.con and Luminello.com, its a EHR/EMR. During my time at Luminello, I’ve learned how to make the most of the resources available to me. We used helpScout and Jira as a tool to communicate with our clients and work on their issues. We provided support thru chat, email, and screen share support for troubleshooting tech issues. We also updated our knowledge base for clients by creating new product articles and faqs, reporting bugs to the development team, and working with the product team for feature requests from the client. Our clients were doctors and mental health practitioners, we used to pay extra attention to the grammar and accuracy of the information provided since trust was the most important link that connected medical professionals to our web app.
At Cleanify, we helped users who wanted to book a cleaning service for their business or home. We guided our users on how to select and book the cleaning services on our web. We also collaborated with cleaning companies to ensure the service was not missed and also ensured to pass on to the cleaning companies, any additional request from the user.
