Excellent communication skills developed while working as a Service Desk Analyst. Speaking directly
with end users, the phone and email etiquette had to be irreproachable. Our users were very
important business persons from UK. Also, working as project manager contributed to the
development of my communication skills, constantly communicating with the project team and with the
customer.
Good organisational skills developed working a project manager. We had to respect the project plan
and follow the schedule. My duty was to ensure that the plan is respected, as long as we do not
encounter any dependences.
