Raluca Ciobanu

Hello,

My name is Raluca Ciobanu and I am an experienced Virtual Assistant. I graduated from the University of Letters, Babes Bolyai from Cluj-Napoca, but I slowly transitioned towards the technical world. I worked as a in game French translator for a company based in Cluj-Napoca but after a few months I got hired by a multinational company, Endava, in the customer service area. We were providing technical remote assistance for a UK based company. My phone and email etiquette were strongly developed during that period. After that I got promoted and I joined the Project Management team. I really enjoyed working as a Project Manager, but I felt like Freelancing the skills that I developed would be much better for me and my future career. This is why I embraced the Virtual Assistant concept. I started this business one and a half year ago, and now I'm providing administrative services for my clients (email management, calendar management, travel arrangements, social media, etc).

I would love to bump here into some busy entrepreneurs that need to take some tasks off their plate and help them out! I have the knowledge and expertize to assist them in growing their businesses.
