I have been in the Customer Service Industry for 6 years and my recent experience involves handling chat, email, and outbound calls. One reason I particularly enjoy this job and the challenges that comes along with it, is the opportunity to connect with other people. I formed significant customer relationships resulting in hitting my target daily metrics and increase in sales.My real strength is my attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision. I pride myself for my reputation for following through and meeting deadlines. When I commit in to doing something, I make sure it gets done,and on time.Also, I have vast skills in Data Entry, Social Media Marketing, and Search Engine Optimizing, all of which I worked as a Freelancer 3 years ago. In relation to Social Media Marketing, I have a big travel account in Instagram and I collaborate with big brands and 5 Star hotels. We use different methods and platforms to spread awareness of the brand, resulting to the promotion of the product.
