I have been working since 2012 related to customer service, technical support, data entry & research with BPO & healthcare research companies.

I am proud to say that I am proficient on MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word, project management, client management, people management & research. I also have basic knowledge on ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 9001:2015, Risk Management, MS Publisher, Internal Audit, Root cause analysis, Kaizen.

In line with this, I was awarded and/or was commended as the Best Employee of the Month multiple times when I was a Data Management Analyst. In order to be the best employee you must have perfect attendance with no tardiness, highest production & highest quality score & when I was promoted into a team lead post, I was certified as an ISO auditor & same with risk management. I was also awarded a Loyalty award since I stayed 5yrs with my previous company.

On the other hand, I enjoy and love playing basketball, chess, badminton, marathon, watching local basketball leagues & NBA of course, drawing, painting, cooking & playing with my 3-year-old daughter.
