I am new in freelancing and at the moment studying ecommerce process particularly the Amazon platform. I am keen on specializing in digital marketing, advertising, promotion and Amazon PPC. I used to work in the BPO handling Customer Service and Collections for Citibank US consumer credit before. I also run a business called The Pet Pantry Philippines selling pet supplies where I personally experienced sales and marketing, inventory, logistics and customer service.

I am looking for clients now whom i can help with their ecommerce business particularly in customer service where i can do both voice and non-voice functions. I am also focused in learning more technical skills in multimedia marketing particularly email and graphic design
