I am a seasoned sales professional with over 9 years of experience across diverse sectors, including travel, tourism, hospitality, and retail. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to drive revenue growth, retain clients, and align business strategies with market demands.

Most recently, I worked as a Senior Executive – Business Development at Amadeus Nepal Pvt. Ltd. from 2019 to 2024. In this role, I successfully developed and implemented sales strategies that resulted in a noticeable increase in annual revenue. Managing a portfolio of over 70 clients, I achieved a 95% customer retention rate. I was responsible for positioning Amadeus solutions to our target audience, preparing contracts, and crafting incentive policies aligned with competitive market standards. I also utilized CRM software (AAMS) to manage leads, monitor performance, and generate key sales reports.

Before that, I served as a Sales Executive at Ace Travels Pvt. Ltd. where I handled international travel and tour services. I actively liaised with airlines, hotels, and GDS providers to ensure efficient and competitive service delivery.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Sales Executive at Casino Palace, where I focused on GTM campaign development, relationship building with VIP clients and corporate accounts, and the creation of strategic sales plans. I collaborated closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure business alignment and client satisfaction.

Additionally, I bring valuable international retail experience from my tenure at Majid Al Futtaim (Carrefour), UAE, where I worked as a Business Clerk from 2014 to 2017.
