Rahul Haldar

My name is Rahul Haldar. I completed my Bachelor of Commerce in 2013 through distance learning from Karnataka State Open University. While my academic performance may not have been exceptional, I have always been dedicated, honest, and committed to my work.

My professional journey began in 2006, when I was a Class XI student. Due to unforeseen family financial circumstances, I started working as a Shop Assistant at Sankar Store from February 5, 2006, to January 27, 2017. In 2015, following a property sale, I explored various career options. I joined CAMS Pvt Ltd on a 14-month contract and subsequently worked as a Data Entry Operator for over two years through Rainbow Classics Inc from February 13, 2017, to April 20, 2019.

After my tenure at CAMS Pvt Ltd, I faced challenges in securing employment. However, I was fortunate to rejoin Sankar Store within three months and worked there from June 3, 2019, to July 15, 2021. Due to increasing competition from online grocery platforms and startups, the salary offered was insufficient to keep pace with inflation, prompting me to resign in search of better opportunities.

I then transitioned to the BPO sector, working as a Chat Support Executive for Netmeds Online Pharmacy Process at Fusion BPO from July 26, 2021, to July 23, 2022. Recognizing that the BPO sector wasn't the ideal fit for me, I sought opportunities outside of it. I joined DPV Trucking Corp, a small logistics company in Connecticut, USA, where I managed all operations while my boss handled the financial aspects. Unfortunately, economic factors such as recession and high inflation led to the company's closure, necessitating a job search.

As an unemployed individual with limited qualifications and a preference for non-BPO roles, I encountered significant challenges in finding suitable employment. However, I secured a position as a Chat Support Executive at TTEC, a major BPO company. Despite the company's positive reputation and financial stability, I was unable to continue due to my parents' health issues. A transition to a work-from-office role in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, was not feasible, and my request for a temporary shift change was denied.

I am currently actively seeking new opportunities, and simultaneously working as a Delivery Person and managing a Blog on Google's Blogger and a YouTube Channel.

I have been as honest and transparent as possible in detailing my background and experiences.
