Technical execution of Telecom & EV Projects. Detailed Efficiency, Burn-In, Functional and parametric testing of IPMS as well as Power plants. Detailed Testing of RS485 communication devices using MODBUS protocol. CAN Communication protocol testing for communication between Rectifier and Central Controller. Evaluating critical problems observed in products installed in field, identifying root cause of problems & implementing corrective actions. Meetings and Discussions with customer to understand their requirements and propose existing in-house designs. Component Selection as per latest standards and Prepare (BoQ/BoM) for designs as per RFQs received from customer/marketing and meet target BoM/BoQ costs. Prepare supporting documents for new product development for Mechanical engineering & software designing and product release to production. Validating and Evaluating in-house developed product and confirm compliance. Evaluation includes software testing & hardware testing of product. Oversee ‘Pilot production’ and generate ‘Test Procedures, & other production documents’ for regular production. Prepare technical brochure and user manuals. Ensure that the product comply with the customer specification quality requirement without any deviation before green light to mass production. Support for Planning & Quality Assurance of activities for Installation & Commissioning for Telecom & EV Projects. Train the Customer Support personnel on new products and support them during initial installations. Hands on experience on Input/Output/Sensing/control-cards used in DC power plants as well as integrated power management system. This helps to limit the operator power as per their requirements.  AC/DC Charger Customer Responsibility Duration Description Ather Energy Working in the Project as Engineer June 2019 – Ongoing AC & DC Charger with AC Rating of 3.3kW and DC rating of 7.5kW; communicates with CMS & Ather’s PDU with Ather specified protocol. The solution is IP54 and is under development.  Integrated Power Management system using SCR Bharti Infratel Limited Customer Responsibility Worked in the Project as Engineer Duration June 2018 – December 2018 Description IPMS was designed to supply power to telecom sites for 24 hrs. In the Existing IPMS design, contactors were used for switching at the AC input side. As we know contactors suffer from manual tampering, SCR and its suitable control circuitry was developed to get rid of tampering problem for customer. The solution supports the switching of two different profile batteries. i.e. Li-Ion and VRLA Batteries.  Nextgen 3Phase SMPS 24kW Indus Towers Ltd. Customer Responsibility Executing the Project as Engineer Duration May 2019 – March 2020 Description The three phase designed was designed to power up the towers. The power system was designed with certain special functions such as Automatic temper proofing of rectifiers and controller, dynamic trickle charging etc. which differs the SMPS from traditional SMPS. .....................................................................................
