·        Analyse customer requirements and translate them into an in-house product specification that meets the requirement through a variant of an existing proven design.

·        Technical execution of Telecom & EV Projects.

·        Detailed Efficiency, Burn-In, Functional and parametric testing of IPMS as well as Power plants.

·        Detailed Testing of RS485 communication devices using MODBUS protocol.

·        CAN Communication protocol testing for communication between Rectifier and Central Controller.

·        Evaluating critical problems observed in products installed in field, identifying root cause of problems & implementing corrective actions.

·        Meetings and Discussions with customer to understand their requirements and propose existing in-house designs.

·        Component Selection as per latest standards and Prepare (BoQ/BoM) for designs as per RFQs received from customer/marketing and meet target BoM/BoQ costs.

·        Prepare supporting documents for new product development for Mechanical engineering & software designing and product release to production.

·        Validating and Evaluating in-house developed product and confirm compliance. Evaluation includes software testing & hardware testing of product.

·        Oversee ‘Pilot production’ and generate ‘Test Procedures, & other production documents’ for regular production.

·        Prepare technical brochure and user manuals.

·        Ensure that the product comply with the customer specification quality requirement without any deviation before green light to mass production.

·        Support for Planning & Quality Assurance of activities for Installation & Commissioning for Telecom & EV Projects.

·        Train the Customer Support personnel on new products and support them during initial installations.

·        Hands on experience on Input/Output/Sensing/control-cards used in DC power plants as well as integrated power management system.
