With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, I bring a rich blend of hands-on engineering, strategic leadership, and a passion for people and innovation. My background spans Generative AI, IT, FinTech, Banking, Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, Collaboration, and Security domains.

I've led initiatives across the entire software development life cycle—from ideation and architecture to development, deployment, pre-sales, and solutioning. I specialize in product strategy, resourcing, and departmental budgeting, having built and scaled high-performing, cross-functional teams that deliver enterprise-grade, secure, and scalable solutions.

I’m equally passionate about fostering culture and innovation—having organized hackathons, bug-free coding competitions, and tech expos, while also leading CSR and engagement programs such as Fun Fridays, team offsites, festival celebrations, blood donation drives, and wellness boot camps.

Outside the workplace, I stay deeply connected to the tech and startup ecosystem. I've served as a jury member for startup pitch evaluations, and backed early innovation as an angel investor. Additionally, I’ve been a Guest Faculty at BITS Pilani, teaching Cloud Computing, DevOps, and AI/ML to the next generation of tech leaders.
