I have been in the BPO industry for 10 years, 5 years of which have been for CSR voice accounts both consumer and business. I love and enjoy talking to people and pride myself on being able to help out with any customer needs. Before I shifted to Talent Acquisition I was already an SME handling retention and escalations so I know how to handle difficult customers with empathy and respect providing a great customer experience. I have already trained and coached agents as well in this capacity, being a Psychology major and a practicing inspirational speaker I am used to providing a constructive approach to problem-solving making sure decisions are made by the individuals guided and uplifting their sense of self-satisfaction.
