I have a solid background as an educator, content creator and evaluator. I also have extensive experience as a Bilingual Customer Solutions Specialist, dealing with API and technical issues constantly.

For the past 2 years I have been deeply obsessed with generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and all sorts of AI tools to build ESL courses.

I can work with all kinds of media (Text, Video, Audio, Images or any combination of them).
