Rafael Lartes Salvatierra

My name is Rafael Lartes, i'm 25 Years old and i'm from Caracas Venezuela.

In 2017 i worked with a Insurance Broker located in Quito, Ecuador. I was making calls, setting appointments and offer them different types of Insurances accoding to their needs to cold leads based on a Lead List the broker supply me everyday.

Currently i'm working as an Appointment Setter for a Mortgage Loan Bank in New York focused mainly on Latino Clients but always come leads from Haiti, Nigeria, Ghana and Americans who want to buy a house, condo or apartment. My job here is to qualify them based on some information and make them appointments to any of the Offices located in New York, Connecticut or New Jersey and even Virtual Appointments for those who are in other States where we don't got Offices yet. I have to follow rules according to client's information and see if i can make them an appointment or give them recomendations so they can apply in a nearly future.

I have experience also working along side with my Dad who had multiple successful business throughout his Life forming partnertships with Companys like Pepsicola Venezuela, Saeco Italy and many others. I learn a lot from Customer Service, Administrative Assistant, Organization and Order, Communication Skills and Problems Solving. I based on a Rule i learn from him which is "Lined up and Covered up" which means everything organized and esthetically good looking
