I am a Human Resource professional who graduated having the HR degree and I found my strength in the recruitment field when I had my OJT, it was my first experience doing staffing and sourcing. That even I was a college student, I am conducting interviews and evaluation as well. I did online sourcing through job sites (job and ads posting) and call outs for candidates and applicants. In my first job I did mass recruitment, and on-the-spot recruiting. I almost interviewed 20 applicants per day. Having to talk and evaluate people in every interview, I learn new things as well as I impart learning to them too. I was in-depth with HR when I decided to do Training and OD with my next job, this is where I trained staff, supervisors and Managers during team building. I even studied the HR in systems when I was employed in the country's largest conglomerate being a Human Resource SAP Consultant handling business and systems interventions through consultancy.

I handled all facets of HR especially, benefits, payroll, time management and Personnel administration from Hiring through Separation of people in the organization.
