I worked as Sales Coordinator in Dubai and mainly doing customer service, telesales and marketing. Most of the time deal with the customers with regards to the promotions we have with our product. As of now we are using Sales force as our platform in taking up customer details and for prospected clients we are getting their details through our CRM as well as with the web leads. Therefore, the details indicated will be the main factor to do tele-calling and ask our customers to visit our showroom and get the best possible discount we can give on a certain period of time. With this we can get prospected customers and convert it into sales.
