- Interpretation of contracts configuration and consolidations in SAP/SalesForce - highly related to the negotiations of licensing agreements or extensions for Software renewal contracts;
- Monitoring, creating and sending the invoices to customers in accordance with contract agreements and country specifics;
- Discovering errors, analyzing root causes, triggering both corrective and preventive actions, ensuring that process is audit compliant and within agreed level of TAT&accuracy;
- Backup periods for regional leader that involves, team management, prioritizing and quality checking cases, monitoring the back-office activities of team;
- Provide them consultancy in process updates and support in solving high complexity demands.

new hires on order booking and amendments process. Also delivered training and support on local invoicing
for my colleagues.
