Hello!

My name is Racquel Ramos but you can call me Racs for short. I am 28 years old from the Philippines.

One thing that I can say about me after being a mother is that I like things to go under my way. I make sure that everything is well taken care of.

I am also keen to details, I work efficiently and effectively. I can work well under pressure. And proactive and trustworthy.

I was a Customer Service Representative for about 2 years, providing thorough support and problem resolution for the customers and was able to maintain composure and patience in difficult customer situations.

I also became a Virtual Assistant assisting clients on a managing their email, calendars. Managing their business social media pages. Creating graphics to be posted on the social media pages. Managing other team members. Doing administrative assistance and basically anything that I can to assist my clients.

I also did some simple graphic design for a local online shop, designed their banners, logo and the things they posted on their page.
