Over the last 5 years of experienced in customer service industry, I have developed how to communicate effectively with different clients with different needs, especially when it comes to handling customer concerns. I have learned different tools based on the company's work and adapted easily. I've learned to multi-task while rest-assured client what have been promised will be delivered. My core competencies made me a big help to the company while meeting my needs too. Now, I am looking for new opportunities that will help me cultivate and hone my skills and still apply my previous jobs experiences through the home-based or remote job.
