I'm currently employed as a Subject Matter Expert on Amazon Community Moderation for 3 years now. I do coaching, monitoring service level and maintain our quality target and improve to help the account success. I do reports to determine the number of tasks moderated by the moderators.
I have started working as a technical support for less than a year and moved as a Customer Service and Chat Support and was selected to a non voice account which is Amazon Community Moderation and until now still serving to the said Account as a Subject Matter Expert.
