I am a person who is looking for a home-based job where I can work while at the same time spending time with my family. I am patient, academically equipped, and a hardworking person.

I spent 5 years in the BPO (business processing outsourcing) industry. three (3) consecutive years for being a customer care representative and two (2) years for technical support. I have been working as a virtual assistant since January of 2018. I got a lot of different contractual jobs.

Overview of my work experiences:

I worked for a travel agency for 6 years as a customer service representative.

a virtual real estate agent, and the company is located in Australia. We help clients purchase, rent, or sell properties. We advise clients about market conditions, send someone on site to conduct walkthroughs, and provide guidance and assistance through the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties.

a virtual scheduler for a cleaning company in Australia. We dispatch cleaners, schedule jobs, and get new customers. I assist clients through inbound calls, chats, and emails to make sure that the cleaning company becomes more organized and efficient.
