With over nine years dedicated to Human Resources/ Recruitment, I have mastered the full lifecycle of talent acquisition. My expertise goes beyond simply filling seats; I focus on strategic sourcing to find the right cultural and technical fit for specific organizational needs and our cllients requirements. Having worked in both recruitment firms and internal HR departments, I understand the nuances of high-volume hiring as well as niche headhunting. I am adept at screening, interviewing, and managing candidate pipelines, ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and professional for both the candidates and the companies I represented.

In addition to my HR background, I had experience in Administrative and Executive Support. I have spent more than six years in administrative, secretarial, and Executive Assistant roles, supporting high-level executives that required a blend of meticulous organization, proactive problem-solving, and absolute discretion.
