Hi, I’m Rachel — a bookkeeper and your future all-around virtual assistant.
I began my professional journey in 2019, working in a BPO while still pursuing my studies. Yes — I worked and studied at the same time! This experience taught me how to manage my time effectively and stay organized under pressure.
I have solid experience as an Administrative Assistant and Accounting Clerk, where I handled various business transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers, and receipts — a role I held for two years.
In addition, I worked as a part-time college instructor at the Polytechnic College of Davao del Sur, teaching Fundamentals of Accounting for one semester (January to June 2024). This role sharpened my accounting knowledge and strengthened my communication and leadership skills.
In 2023, I entered the freelancing world, starting as a part-time Online Bookkeeper before transitioning to full-time work as a General Virtual Assistant and Bookkeeper. Over the past year, I’ve further developed my skills and expanded my capabilities in remote business support.
My goal is to help businesses achieve maximum profitability through accurate financial management, strategic support, social media management, and a range of other virtual assistant services. I strive for excellence in everything I do.
