Hi, I’m Rachel Villotes — a detail-oriented Bookkeeper and General Virtual Assistant with a strong background in accounting, administration, and remote business support.
I began my professional journey in 2019, working in a BPO while completing my degree in Management Accounting. Balancing work and studies taught me time management, discipline, and adaptability — skills that continue to shape my professional growth.
I have over two years of experience as an Accounting Clerk and Administrative Assistant, where I managed accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and financial documentation. I also served as a part-time college instructor at the Polytechnic College of Davao del Sur, teaching Fundamentals of Accounting, which deepened my technical expertise and strengthened my communication and leadership skills.
In 2023, I transitioned into freelancing — starting as a part-time Online Bookkeeper before taking on full-time roles as a General Virtual Assistant and Bookkeeper. I’m currently working with Irwin Construction LLC (Birmingham, Alabama), part-time 10- 20 hours per week, where I handle QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, manage social media, coordinate appointments, and provide general administrative support.
I’m passionate about helping businesses achieve maximum profitability through accurate financial management, strategic assistance, and efficient operations. Whether it’s organizing books, managing workflows, or supporting day-to-day operations, I strive to deliver reliable, detail-oriented, and high-quality results.
Having mastered the art of multitasking and efficiency, I’m excited to bring my blend of professional expertise and personal resilience to help your business grow and thrive.
