Rachel Espaldon Quiñones

Hi, My name is Rachel Quiñones. I am 27 years old living in Manila Philippines. I started working year 2013 and start my career as a professional Sales Executive. Year 2015 I started working in a BPO industry. I was part of Sykes Asis Inc and worked there as an Escalations Representative, we are dealing with professional teachers in the United Stated and handling supervisory calls. We also do chat and emails communicating and sending reports with our clients. After Sykes, I worked as a Doctor's Representative in the US as well. We are handling billing. Explaining to the clients how much would it cost for an equipment that they need to purchase or rent in a facility/hospital. Most recent job was with an insurance in the United Stated called UnitedHealth Group. I am handling coverage,plans, and billing questions. For 8 years of working experience I can say I have the learning and knowledge to work in a team which what we need in this position. Knowing how to handle and deal with different types of people and personality. I am confident enough to say I can work and adopt easily to different kind of challenges at work. And what I love about this industry is I always have chance to meet and learn from people I am dealing with everyday which helps me so much with the personality and knowledge that I have and became.
