Rachel Anne Ecban

My name is Rachel Anne Ecban, and I hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Over the years, I’ve built a diverse professional background, including experience as a freelance artist, an intern at a structural engineering firm, and a customer service representative in a BPO company. In December 2023, I was promoted within the same BPO to the role of Data Analyst and Real-Time Analyst.

In that position, I analyzed and distributed performance reports, forecasted staffing needs to meet KPI targets, monitored schedule adherence, validated interaction durations, and prepared presentation materials. I also handled scheduling adjustments and collaborated closely with fellow analysts. I am proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets), MS Excel, Gladly, Genesys, Calabrio, Salesforce, Qualtrics, CRM systems, and SAP.

Currently, I work as a Virtual Assistant supporting a home health care company as a Virtual Recruiter. I manage the applicant tracking list, conduct interviews, update candidate and caregiver profiles, and coordinate with caregivers whenever I have requirements or when they reach out with questions. I also provide regular updates to the President and the Director regarding my progress, staffing needs, and any developments related to recruitment tasks.

I am now seeking a new job opportunity where I can continue to grow while helping support my family financially.
